Why Qurtas exists.

Qurtas started with a stubborn observation: teams rarely fail for lack of talent or tools. They fail because the process around the work erodes trust faster than the work can build it.

Spent a decade on frontiers: nano materials research, XR training systems, intra-logistics facilities moving goods globally, digital products shipped to global audiences. Different domains, one lesson: the technology is rarely the hard part. Getting a team to move quickly without breaking what they've promised each other, that's the hard part.

So Qurtas builds both. Full-stack AI applications and multi-agent automation, and the delivery process and governance that make them safe to run. A small studio, deliberately: software I'd be willing to operate myself, on infrastructure I do.
