In practice that means full-stack AI applications and automation, and the delivery process that makes them safe to run: tools we would be willing to operate ourselves.

The goal is the result: reaching your north star, with a real return on the intent behind it. That’s ROI as we practice it: Return On Intent. When a new tool is the way there, we build it. Sometimes the better answer is a sharper process, a clearer decision, or better use of what you already have.
